HOW TO MODIFY YOUR ORDER

When you are ready to check out, review your order and use the REMOVE button if needed. Then UPDATE CART before placing your order.

Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.

The merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only, and not for resale or copies of our clothing. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale and design purposes.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation. We are a small boutique clothing company—all items are of limited availability. Some items we are not able to reorder, others cannot be remade in the same fabric and it could take 6-8 weeks to obtain the item ordered. 

SALES TAX

Sales tax is charged only to states where Jolie Laide has a physical presence. Currently this is only in the state of New York.

SHIPMENT GUIDELINES

WE SHIP ONLY WITHIN THE UNITED STATES.

**DELIVERY TIMES DO NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you decide to refuse any shipments from Jolie Laide, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Jolie Laide. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

RETURN POLICY

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE: Please email us at info@shopjolielaide.com for instructions.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. The items should NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and must have ALL tags attached. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE EXCHANGEABLE ONLY MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND.
